He was her key to finding that place where she can be herself and yet totally enjoy the things she will do. It was about finding yourself, Rafe falling for Lily was just a bonus too (or in my opinion again) since Rafe was also the reason why Lily find playing pleasurable and fun again. Again, I think the author wanted something light yet appealing for the readers to try on since mostly nowadays, it's either a heavy drama in full blast with the dysfunctional family going on the backgrounds while two young adults seek haven with each other's company.

The romance was kinda sweet, nothing to heavy. In life, I think it is most important to find that. So, this was a story about to young people trying to find a place where they can belong, where they can use their God-given talents but still be able to enjoy it.

If it's predictable already then you don't have to put too much heavy drama that could border on depressing since it would mostly just sucks to read. His name is Rafe, he was hot, he was out of her reach but hey, a girl could dream right? I really liked the story because it was told on an easy manner, yes there are conflicts yes it is mostly predictable but I think the key is just to make it fun to read on. In this book, Lily, a brilliant piano prodigy started losing her passion for music and piano and was struggling to keep it to avoid disappointing her parents and her tutor when she met Rafe, her tutor's nephew who was a amazing drummer of a band that plays on the same place where her tutorials are. When too much pressure is put into you, you just wanted to be free from that hold and do the thing that makes you feel alive and not the boring musician or whatever it is they expected you to be. At one point of my life I could clearly relate to Lily when her passion for music diminishes as too much pressure was put on her shoulders, not that I went into recital or that levels, I did performed on recitals playing violin not the piano but, well you probably got the idea. I just downloaded this today and since I still have some free time decided to skim the first few chapters but well, I have finished this on one sitting.
